What a stressful week. Thank god, nightmare was over. Had Comms individual, Marketing Zara, OB Article Arena presentations and OB report submission on the same day... Themed pink and clad with blazer. Very happy that the marketing case we got A and this is the highest in the class currently. Although we were under-timing, but I guess everyone spoke fast, especially me, my part was supposed to be 10 minutes and I finished within 7 minutes. But Dr Khoo never take that into much consideration, and even commented that our Zara is the best presentation with lots of research she have seen in the week.
After which, we went to grab some food for lunch and had the OB Article Arena rehearsal in Seminar Room 3, it was freezing cold, but the blazer came in handy. Haha, but during rehearsals, we were under-time as well, so strange, had to lengthen everyone’s speeches. When the real presentation came, each teams have to send out representatives to toss the coin to decide whether the team is pro or con. Then that William came out along with his group member, Jonathan, even Mr Kamal Kant chased him off, he still insist that he will stay. And why Mr Kamal Kant ask me whether I want head or tail before he toss, I said ‘Head’ and that William after hearing me say ‘Head’, he said the same thing. I can’t be bothered, thus I told Mr Kamal Kant that I am fine with anything... and the coin was head, and they chose pro which leaves us to cons.

The moral of the story is that we have already decided among ourselves which to take and we have prepared excessively for cons and likewise for the ‘pro’ team. So the outcome is already known even before the coin is tossed. Haha, and that William created some scene in front of the class before they actually start their presentation. Their presentation was below norm as they did not spot much pros and they concentrated too much on the structure of the paper, they failed to discuss much concepts which leave our group with nothing much to rebut or shoot them. Our turn came and we were confident especially with our interactive powerpoint slides. And we won the applauses of the class when a slide showing the article was useless and thrown into the recycle bin. Haha.
Before we could dismiss, I suddenly realized that the stupid Indian Stats lecturer posted a case and sian we have to stay back to discuss when to meet as it will be due for submission (and presentation) on Tuesday.
And we met on Friday at 6pm, Jurong East MRT station and headed to Jurong Library and we only started at 6.45pm because some of our group members were late. And we discussed and discussed till the library closes. Kinda of get used to this type of life, no grumbling.
After Chee Xian’s birthday celebration on Saturday which started from 8am, got dragged out of bed to Chinatown for dim-sum breakfast before heading to Orchard shopping, i rushed home after dinner to complete my stats tutorial and edit the stats case.
And today, I have to purposely wake up early to finish up my Stats tutorial. And currently, I am editing and researching on Yeo Hiap Seng, preparing for my Marketing Project which is due for presentation in Week 13 (three weeks time). Hai, don’t know is my standard too high or my group mates were busy thus giving me subnormal standards. But at least the skeleton is there, so its alright, I just need to enhance. As usual, I need 10 hours to enhance the marketing slides, so I am only in the fourth hour, after dinner, I must finish up.
After next week, OB presentation and Stats Case, it leaves me with only Marketing Yeo’s and comms group presentation in week 13 and 14 respectively. Finally can catch some breath, but when I just looked at the calendar, I saw quizzes on week 11 and 12. That’s crazy....

I may look ‘beng’ or ‘dao’, but I am actually an extrovert. Time will tell, I can yack non-stop, crap and express myself with the weirdest examples. I am crazy, but thats the way to distress ma. Being original, simple and honest are my primary goals in life, and I hate hypocrites and pretentious people. So devils, please stay away from me.
Backed in primary school, some catastrophe happened and that changed my goals in life. Well, I am working very hard for that ‘paper’ and that bright and promising future. $$$. I want to prove all those who have looked me down. I want to fight for that future!
“A promise made, will be delivered. And I hope for the same repayment” ...Come try me!
