Life isn’t that great on the last week of December. Although everyone was supposed to be back, some were on MC, leaves or offs (since they can’t finish clearing), and within the week itself, there were like three area cleanings. At first, everyone blamed on CPT Fabian, but apparently, read the points below and you will know:

With effect from 5 Jan 2009:
1. Only 1 nights out per week (Wed) due to HLS on wed and fri mornings2. SOC and IPPT trainings3. Chin-up regime before every meal
4. ICCT starts on 12 Jan5. Breakfast consumed before 6:.5am followed by area cleaning7. More shiong HLS8. Company Duty Officer has to stay in9. Range before April10. Intensive spring cleaning before CNY as S3 is gonna inspect our bunks11. Route marches probably in March
12. No more new men posting in. More duties per person then, cos many will ORD in Feb.
13. New CSM posting in 5 Jan, new rules?
14. Discipline control. More punishments, I guess.

So it’s S3’s fault, plus a little bit on the OC. Well, every new year, we will experience these, because the new OC wants to show off his powers and differentiate himself. I just hope that there is another Allan. You just need someone to faint and admit to the hospital. If someone dies, its a plus then, but we don’t want any deaths.

Why am I saying all these? There is no procedural justice, the men, specialists nor the NSF officers have no say in all these.... Furthermore, what affective commitment will not be there. There will no longer be NSFs that go the extra mile for you. Idiot!

3 more working days to ORD. My ORD is 8 Jan (Thurs). Hmm, gonna spend my Monday doing some CCIS admin work because of some annual audit, I guess its my ORD present to 3SIB and I am gonna book out for NTU-IIC meeting. Tuesday after Accounting lecture then book in, probably around 3pm lo. And Wednesday booking out again at 12pm for IT seminar. So effectively, I have 2 days left.

Hope that my clearance will go smoothly, don’t want to come back after 8 Jan to collect my IC. Hate 3SIB. No welfare.
