Wow, today is my official school day. Orientation over, classes resumes. My first lecture is slotted at 8.30am and I got the taste of the morning rush in Boon Lay Interchange. Met Ziwei at 8am (no one was late) and the queue was so long that we could not believe that we are in the queue. The frequency of the bus is commendable and we boarded the bus within ten minutes of wait (the queue was always moving front, so its motivating, haha). However, we only reached the lecture theatre (LT2A) at 8.30am. For lectures, I guess the timing is alright, but for tutorials, I have to put in another 15 minutes allowance – which means I am waking up earlier. Gosh, 8.30am tutorials (tues and weds) will mean I have to do my rise and shine before 6am, leave house at 6.40am and catch the 6.50am train (it needs one hour to reach boon lay). This way, I can reach Boon Lay Interchange at 7.50am. Today is only the first week, tutorials only start next week, so I suppose next week the scene would be terrible. Lesson learn: next sem, no 8.30am class. Rather start a bit later and go home late.

OB lecture was fun. Basically recapping those stuff learned in poly. Two years back, went for NTU’s OB lecture with qianru, baoyin and wendy, their tutor sucks, thank god, mine is good and I can understand what she was saying. And the curriculum have changed, OB will be seminar based, instead of the conventional lectures and tutorials. And, this slot, I only have to attend lectures for the first and last week of the semester.

After the lecture at 10.30am, everyone have to rushed to LKC for marketing lecture. Really, it’s a long walk, like walking to my house’s market. Walking from the end of north spine to the south spine, its shiong leh. And everyone was late. Not surprising la, but the lecturer was a bit angry and he started without waiting for those (more than half of the people) who are strolling slowly behind. His lecture delivery was better than Mathew Sim (from TP), more interactive.

And after the lecture, it was end of my first day. Haha. Accompanied Ziwei to OCBC Bank at north spine (yah, walking back to my first stop of the day again) to open up a bank account. And went to the food court for lunch. It was damned crowded by managed to grab a seat after two minutes. Pro. Good price (same as TP), nice food. Everything is relatively cheaper outside. Affordable ba. Mac, Subway, Canadian Pizza and Old Chang Kee was cheaper. Last stop to Jurong Point’s Popular to get some files.

And the lecture notes are so much, so much of reading materials. I spent two hours printing yesterday night until my A4 paper went out of supply. I continued printing just now and finally finished printing. Except for econs and stats, it will be posted on a week-by-week basis. I guess my choice was right to invest in a printer at home, it’s more convenient. Even if I stay in hall, I will still bring it along.

Why didn’t I stay in hall?
Because I have enough of staying-in in SAF camps. I miss my bed. And now that I have a three-day school week, it don’t make sense at all.

I may look ‘beng’ or ‘dao’, but I am actually an extrovert. Time will tell, I can yack non-stop, crap and express myself with the weirdest examples. I am crazy, but thats the way to distress ma. Being original, simple and honest are my primary goals in life, and I hate hypocrites and pretentious people. So devils, please stay away from me.

Backed in primary school, some catastrophe happened and that changed my goals in life. Well, I am working very hard for that ‘paper’ and that bright and promising future. $$$. I want to prove all those who have looked me down. I want to fight for that future!
