The four-day work week was quite long for me. Now that everything is slow-paced, I kinda not get used to it. Slacking in bunk, playing my NDS while listening to my MP3, I am not spoiling the image of the SAF but I guess that is the reward for the job well-done for Highnoon. Come mid-June, we will be supporting some NSmen exercise, sian, I hope that will be my last exercise and the newer batch will take up more responsibilities while me and Borg sit at one corner and take a sip of drink. Haha, I am dreaming. My worries is only for Bo Hong as he is taking over my role, manding the problematic HA server. Seems that he forgotten quite a lot of stuff as I tested him on Thursday while we booted up the server for the first time in Singapore after Highnoon.

Travelled to Signal Institute and 3 Signals to return stores, had some commando-PT training by the Chief of Commandos. Aiyo, the PT was scary, my arms almost broke, but that was only a sharing session, so it was a one-time event. Thank god. Oh ya, we did a commanders' appraisal and the consensus were the same, Rodman, OC and Kheng Siang got the worst reviews. Hmm, Rodman should be able to overcome it, since it's some inflexibility and mindset problem. But I wonder, how the other two is gonna react.


Yea, we had some ORD party in camp on Thursday. So happy for the fifteen who are gonna ORD. Sadly is that we will be covering for more duties be it for COS or guard. Come, come, more people sign extras. Watching the ORD video presented, there were a lot of memories, moreover, the prize presentation for all the well-deserved soldiers who gave-it -all for Highnoon was very thoughtful. I was touched by what OC said on the performance of the Signal company, however, I don’t like the part where he took the CCIS platoon for granted. Hmm, maybe it’s time for the platoon to screw up an exercise, but I know that is not gonna happen.



Friday, we booked out at 9.45am and head to Sun Sports Club for the table-tennis tournament. Hmm, nothing to comment, except 3SIB won the championship. Afterwhich, we head to Kallang Leisure Park for some shopping before meeting the rest at Chinatown’s Yum Cha for YiJie’s farewell party. Yea, he is finally posting out to 8 Signals.

Ivan have asked for my leave forecast and I am planning it now. I am looking at a 4-day work week (the most), if not three-day week, with Mondays and Tuesdays free. Hmm, everything is not confirmed as I need to check out NTU websites to see if I will be called up for English exams or orientations. Hai.

I may look ‘beng’ or ‘dao’, but I am actually an extrovert. Time will tell, I can yack non-stop, crap and express myself with the weirdest examples. I am crazy, but thats the way to distress ma. Being original, simple and honest are my primary goals in life, and I hate hypocrites and pretentious people. So devils, please stay away from me.

Backed in primary school, some catastrophe happened and that changed my goals in life. Well, I am working very hard for that ‘paper’ and that bright and promising future. $$$. I want to prove all those who have looked me down. I want to fight for that future!
